Real Madrid continued their flawless start to the La Liga season with a commanding 4–1 win over Levante on Tuesday night, led by the brilliance of Vinícius Júnior and Kylian Mbappé. The result not only showcased Los Blancos’ attacking firepower but also underlined their growing dominance in the Spanish league this season.
First Half: Vinícius in Control
Madrid’s breakthrough came in the 28th minute when Vinícius produced a moment of magic. With trademark flair, the Brazilian forward curled a shot with the outside of his boot past the Levante goalkeeper to open the scoring.
Soon after, he turned provider, slipping an inch-perfect pass to young Argentine talent Franco Mastantuono, who calmly slotted in Madrid’s second goal before half-time.
Levante’s Fightback and Mbappé’s Response
Levante gave themselves hope in the 54th minute when Etta Eyong rose highest to head home, briefly igniting the home crowd. But Real’s response was ruthless.
Kylian Mbappé, already making his presence felt in his debut season with Madrid, restored the two-goal cushion with a cheeky Panenka penalty after a foul inside the box. Minutes later, the Frenchman sealed the contest with his second of the night, rounding the goalkeeper and finishing coolly after being played through by Arda Güler.
Madrid’s Momentum Builds
With the victory, Real Madrid have now won all six of their league matches, sitting comfortably at the top of the table with a five-point lead over Barcelona. Their attack, spearheaded by the pace and flair of Vinícius and Mbappé, looks unstoppable at the moment.
For Levante, the defeat leaves them struggling near the relegation zone with only four points from six games, raising concerns about their defensive frailties.
What Lies Ahead
This result reinforces the belief that Real Madrid are clear title favourites this season. The Vinícius–Mbappé partnership is blossoming into one of Europe’s most feared attacking duos, combining creativity, speed and clinical finishing. If they maintain this level of consistency, Madrid may not only dominate La Liga but also pose a serious threat in Europe.
